  • When do you ship the goods? And where is it sent from?

You can use the calendar icon on the tab of the product to meet the delivery time and look in the product details to find out from where it is sent. But, usually, our devices are sent from Hong Kong or China.

  • Why do I have to wait so long for the execution of the order?

As we are a marketplace of mobile phones from all over the world, we specialize in exotic, rarely available devices. Normally, takes a little time to our processor of payment to process the money and send it to the seller - even 2 weeks. We order directly from trusted dealers from Hong Kong and China.

  • Do I need to pay tax when my product will arrive to my country?

    Prices on our website do not include yours's country tax. You can ask us for a custom customs declaration in the cart process, in "Customs Declaration" field or "Comments" field if yours country customs needs special instructions. It's good to be prepared to pay yours's country tax, when package will arrive. It's value depends on the country where it should be delivered - sometimes it's 0% (USA, Asian countries) or 15-24% in EU. Occurrence of these taxes is not reason for order cancellation, as they are not depending on but on yours's country customs office.

  • Does device I'm interested in will have my language?

    In our website we are selling both devices with Asian only roms that contains only few or even 2 languages (English and Chinese) and devices with multilanguage roms that include all most popular languages. We are including information about this system in "More info" tab at the product page. It this information is there, and you are not sure, please check in product questions on product site if somebody didn't asked about it before. If no - please ask us a new question using button "ask a question" on product page.

  • Will my device will be having OTA updates

    If your device comes with unmodified rom, it'll have OTA updates. If your device is modified Asian device with multilanguage rom, you'll need to ask our staff if device preserved OTA functionality

  • Will my device will be rooted/bootloader unlocked.

    If your device comes with unmodified rom, it'll not be rooted, either bootloader unlocked. If your device is modified Asian device with multilanguage rom. Such kind of modification allows use you exotic, more cheap device in your language, but it's less secure, especially if it'll be stolen. Also, rooting or bootloader unlocking may disable some functions of banking apps. is not responsible for any data loss due to this fact. 

  • Which is version of the device you are selling, Chinese, Global?

    We are informing about version of the rom of the item on every product page of the items. We currently are selling devices with 4 rom versions which are:

  • Global (Multilanguage + Google Apps) applied over original
    In this version, you are receiving Asian specific item with applied Global rom on it. Depending on the device, it'll be not having difference between Native Global variant and variant with Global rom installed (except 4G, 5G bands), but on some devices you may be unable to use ex. financial applications that requires device to be locked (ex. Xiaomi)
  • Chinese (English + Chinese languages, possible Google Apps)
    This is pure Asian version of the device, contains 2 languages only, may contain some 3rd party Chinese apps that can be un-installed after. In most of the scenarios, you can install Google Apps on it without any problem. In some scenarios, installation is possible but not easy (ex. Huawei)

  • Original China Multilanguage (possible Google Apps)
    This is pure Asian version of the device, contains some international languages to choose unlocked by producer.  In most of the scenarios, you can install Google Apps on it without any problem.
  • Global NATIVE version
    This is Global version, will have many languages (it depends on the device how many) and should have natively installed Google Apps.

  • Does on the "Global rom" version every app will work normally?

    This question is not that simple, and answer on it changes with the time and device you are asking about, so it's best to ask about concrete device using contact form on product page "ask a question"

    Overall answer is:
    For most of the Global rom devices everything should work fine - Oneplus, Nubia, for some - Xiaomi - not everything. Financial applications can not fully work on Xiaomi, as they require device to be locked. Due to the Global rom installation process, Xiaomi devices need to be unlocked first. Applications like Google Pay will detect that device is unlocked. You may still apply patch to make such applications work after unlocking, but it requires some technical knowledge - we can sent you manual for most popular applications. Another way to get financial applications work is revert your device to it's original rom.

  • Will my device will be network-unlocked sells only factory network-unlocked phones

  • Will my device will work in my country at my carrier

    While we sell only factory-network unlocked devices, they might support different 4G/5G frequencies. We usually list these frequencies in product questions. If not - you may ask us about them. It's wise to compare these frequencies with yours's carrier frequencies to check compatibility of your phone with your carrier. There are also some pages that do this automatically, but please be sure that you choose proper variant of the device to compare. Some devices comes even in 4 or more 4G/5G frequencies variants. Choosing un proper variant for your country sometimes don't have negative effect at all, some devices can be unlocked for more 4G/5G frequencies at your local 3rd party GSM service, and some will just have more poor coverage comparing to proper-variant ones.
  • Will the charger fit into my outlet?

Usually suppliers Hong Kong add an adapter that fits your outlet. Suppliers from China - don't. These kind of adapters are not expensive and should be available in your local electric store.

  • Do the devices have a warranty and come with an invoice?

Our entire product range have a full manufacturer's warranty, complaint process is described on the product cards. Invoice is sent together with the product, it's supplied by the seller of the product. At the end of purchase process, when your order will reach "Accomplished" status you'll be able to download from your account store invoice.

  • I am a regular customer, I have already made several orders. Can I count on a discount for the next order?

Of course! Always look forward to when returns to us a satisfied customer. We are happy, we reward your interest in our offer by providing discount codes. Simply contact us via the contact form and enter the email address that was provided during registration of previous orders.

  • I wanted to buy item XXX, can you sell it cheaper?

Our store offer 2 types of discounts - quantity discount - these you can check in our cart, by choosing more than 1 pcs of the product. We also have promotional items that you can check in category "promotion"

  • How can I be sure that when I pay for the good, I will actually receive it? Can you insure me on this?

Our store has hundreds of satisfied customers - some of their reviews you can check in our store at reviews section or on known portals like Trustpilot. We provide you our website's and company registration data at the footer, so you can easily check it in at the appropriate offices. If you want additional layer of security we recommend using credit card payments.

  • Do you ship to my country?

To verify if we are shipping to your country, please add product to the cart and choose your country from the list. If your country is on the list, that means that we ship to your country.

  • How long is the warranty?

The warranty works for 12 months. The device must be shipped to the manufacturer's service from the country of origin (Hong Kong, China, etc.), then the time of accomplishment of such warranty is around 6-12 weeks. If you purchased an additional guarantee this is already implemented in our national service. However, due to the need to import parts needed for repairs, the term may be indicative also around. 5-8 weeks.

  • What does the term "warranty duration in the country of origin of the product" mean?
